A LITTLE MORE ABOUT NUMBER RANGES
If you are looking for a memorable number; to create a regional or national presence or to channel calls through a range of numbers so you can easily track responses to your marketing campaigns – we have one of the widest ranges from which to choose.
HOW WILL IT BENEFIT YOU AND YOUR BUSINESS?
- Makes you more accessible
We have a wide choice of number types available, including 01/02, 03, 0800, 0844, 0845, 0870, 0871 and 09 numbers, so you can choose a number and range that is most suited to your needs.
- Generates revenues
Some number ranges can be provided on a revenue share basis which can be used to support customer management initiatives such as call recording or auto attendant services. If you are providing services or premium content then these can be partly or wholly funded by these numbers.
- Understand your performance
You can access your call statistics whenever or wherever you are, with our simple to use online statistics package which can then highlight when and why your customers are calling.
- Take control of your calls
Using number ranges allows you to route calls by type to the most appropriate people able to deal with the query. This helps you to control and direct the calls you receive.
- Bespoke Inbound Call Management Systems available.
We can build an Inbound Calling plan for you with many levels of intelligence and options such as:-
